Shipping Policy

Aurivelle currently ships only within India.

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours after order confirmation.

Delivery Timeline:
• Metro cities and other major cities: 3–7 business days
• Remote areas, North East states, and islands: 10–20 business days

We ship by air wherever possible to ensure faster delivery.

Shipping is free on orders above the minimum purchase amount as displayed on the homepage top banner.

Orders are shipped through reputed logistics partners or their authorised courier partners. Tracking details are shared via email wherever supported by the shipping partner.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select orders and pincodes at Aurivelle’s discretion.

Orders returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or non-availability may be treated as RTO (Return to Origin).
