Return & Refund Policy

Return requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with order details and images/videos of the issue.

Returns are accepted only in cases of:

• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect product received
• Transit damage

Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition, along with the Aurivelle box, tags, and invoice.

Replacement is the primary mode of resolution. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approval or rejection will be communicated.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Aurivelle reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
