Yes. Aurivelle is an India-based fashion jewellery brand focused on premium designs, high-quality finishes, and jewellery suitable for regular and everyday wear.
- What materials are used in Aurivelle jewellery?
Aurivelle jewellery is crafted using jewellery-grade materials, which may include stainless steel, premium alloys, and other metals, depending on the design and collection. The exact material and finish are always mentioned on the individual product page.
- Why does Aurivelle use stainless steel in many designs?
Stainless steel is commonly used because it offers high durability and strength, skin-friendly and hypoallergenic properties suitable for most skin types, better resistance to rust and corrosion, and a strong base that allows gold plating to adhere better, enhancing finish and longevity.
- Is Aurivelle jewellery anti-tarnish?
Aurivelle jewellery is designed to resist tarnishing under normal usage conditions. However, it is not tarnish-proof. Exposure to water, sweat, perfume, chemicals, or improper storage may affect the finish over time.
- Is Aurivelle jewellery suitable for daily wear?
Yes, many Aurivelle designs are suitable for daily or frequent wear. Basic care and precautions are essential to preserve the finish, especially in Indian weather and humidity.
JEWELLERY CARE & USAGE
- How should I take care of my jewellery?
Avoid contact with water, sweat, perfume, deodorant, lotions, and chemicals. Remove jewellery before bathing, exercising, swimming, or sleeping. Store jewellery only in the original Aurivelle box with the silica gel pouch and wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after use.
ORDERING, PAYMENT & DELIVERY
- Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select orders and pincodes, subject to Aurivelle’s discretion. Availability may depend on order value, delivery location, and past order history.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments securely through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery may be available on select orders.
- What happens if my payment fails or is debited but the order is not confirmed?
If a payment fails or is debited without order confirmation, the amount is automatically reversed by your bank or payment gateway. If you need assistance, please contact us at care@aurivelleindia.com.
- What should I do if my order is delayed?
Delivery timelines are indicative. If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please email care@aurivelleindia.com for assistance.
- Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes are possible only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, address modifications are not possible.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & OFFERS
- What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of fashion jewellery, returns are accepted only in specific cases such as manufacturing defects identified at delivery, incorrect product delivered, or transit damage. Return requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
- How do I request a return?
Please email care@aurivelleindia.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order ID, clear images or video showing the issue, and a brief description.
- Can I cancel or return my order due to a change of mind?
No. Aurivelle does not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind or personal preference once the order has been shipped.
- Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable after return approval. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- What happens if I place an order during a sale or promotional offer?
Orders placed during sales or promotional offers follow the same return and warranty conditions. Refunds, if approved, are processed only for the actual amount paid, and offers or discounts are not reinstated.
WARRANTY & REPLACEMENTS
- Do Aurivelle products come with a warranty?
Yes. Aurivelle offers a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
- What is covered and not covered under warranty?
Covered: manufacturing defects such as clasps, locks, or fittings issues. Not covered: plating fade due to water, sweat, perfume, or chemicals; normal wear and tear; physical damage; improper storage.
- How many times can I claim warranty?
Only one replacement per order is allowed under the warranty.
- How do I raise a warranty claim?
Please email care@aurivelleindia.com with your order ID, invoice copy, date of purchase, and clear images or video of the issue.
