Only one replacement is allowed per order.

Warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or improper storage.

Avoid contact with water, sweat, perfume, and chemicals.

Store jewellery in the original Aurivelle box with silica gel.

Return requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.

Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, incorrect product, or transit damage.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the Aurivelle box.

Replacement is the primary resolution. Refunds are issued only if replacement is unavailable.

Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–10 business days.
